Why is there a frequent Electricity shutdown due to Heavy Rainfall in Kerala?

Kerala, a place known for its greenery and rich culture, is often filled with charisma. The place where everyone dreams of living, surrounded by those lush green surroundings and fresh air. The state with 14 districts from Kasargod to Thiruvanathapuram, speaking only in the Malayalam language with different slang, makes the state ethnically and culturally beautiful. Despite all this, there is the shutdown of electricity during the rainy season, which has been repeated since 1st November, 1956.

There are parties, namely Congress, Communist, BJP, etc., that must have found a solution to this crisis. There are students, teachers, families, who suffer during the rainy season to study, prepare questions for the exam, and do other teaching work, cooking, washing, and jobs that affect the people financially and mentally.

The government should implement appropriate measures so that this can be avoided to a great extent. The CM, with the help of the other Council of Ministers, should submit a resolution to the legislative assembly regarding the appropriate method to stop this waterlogging. Once the method is passed in both the Legislative Assembly and the Legislative Council, get the consent of the Governor to implement the following. If the idea to stop this crisis is not available, then give the problem statement to the public regarding the same, so that 3,33,87,677 people will use their brains to find a solution since it's their need. The Government should allow these people to participate in this process.

Exciting prizes for the selected candidates will make this process even faster than expected. People need an opportunity to showcase their skills, which will be fulfilled through this process. The Tech, Non-Tech, etc., everyone from every field can participate in this process. Article 24 ( Prohibits employment of children below 14 years) should be made compulsory in this process.

Project Name: "DREAM OF MILLIONS"

All students, teachers, common people, etc., should be made available for participation from rural and urban areas, so that Article 14 (Right to equality for all within the territory of India) will be followed. Article 15 should also be included in this process. This can prove as a game changer for this cause and will get the appropriate result as soon as possible. The Minister in the legislative assembly looking into the affairs of Electricity should keep a regular check of the measures taken and report to the Chief Minister of the state, followed by the Governor.

If this method/process works better than expected, it will be a great sign of success, and there will be no more shortage of electricity in the state.
