Education should Rule the Ministry in India

Education plays a vital role in day-to-day life. In today's world, education becomes very important as technology is getting advanced and AI is making a benchmark of its own, which can significantly affect human jobs. Nowadays, it is seen that education is not given much importance in any state or public government jobs in India. This type of scenario will break the quote "Education is the key to Success" or "Education is a stepping stone towards Success." 

Constitutution of India clearly states in Article 16 (Equal opportunity for everyone in terms of public employment) there should be no discrimination in terms of public sector jobs but still it is discriminated through caste, due to which individuals with high marks or percentage don't get the job they deserve due to a medium rank in the General category, and those with the same rank in the SC and ST categories will get the job easily. Due to this, some deserving individuals are getting suppressed, which leads to depression, lack of self-confidence, unbelief in efforts, wastage of time, etc. 

Universal Adult Franchise (Article 326) of the Indian Constitution should be cancelled, and instead Article 326A shall be inserted, which should be "Prime Minister and other ministers of the Union shall be elected through the Electoral College, which consists of members of Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha, Legislative Assembly, and Union Territories". There shall be Top 10 Candidates from all over India for the nomination for the Prime Minister, and other Union Ministers of the Cabinet shall be as follows:

• Ministry of Defence: Chief of Defence Staff

• Ministry of Home Affairs and Cooperation: Indian Police Service (IPS) Officer with 25+ years of Experience

• Ministry of Health and Family Welfare: MBBS Doctor with 25+ years of Experience served in the Army/Navy/Air Force or 30+ years of Experience in any Government Hospitals.

• Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare: Agricultural Engineers with 30+ years of Experience in any Government sector

• Ministry of Rural Development: IAS Officer with 25+ years of Experience

• Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers: Chemical Engineers with 30+ years of Experience in any Government sector
