Rapists should be Punished with these 8 Punishments instead of Imprisonment

The rape cases are increasing day by day and there are no strict laws imposed against this crime. Fear of punishment is the only solution to this crime. When there is no mercy shown towards the victim, there is no need to show any mercy towards these rapists. It's high time to impose these punishments to stop this crime. Once the fear of punishment is generated, such crimes will automatically be waived off.

Punishments are as follows:-

1] Rauravam

In this punishment, the rapists will be naked and then thrown in a pit filled with snakes. They will suffer the same or even more dangerous pain than they have given to those poor ladies. Every snake bite will make them remember the seriousness of their crime. The snakes inside the pit will not be that venomous, so they will feel the pain at an extreme level and won't die soon.

2] Scaphism

In this punishment, the culprit will be trapped inside the boat naked with two hands, two legs, and a head outside. They will be forcefully fed honey and milk and pour some outside the boat. They should be fed the mixture of milk and honey in such a proportion that forces them to vomit. Once this procedure is over, they can be kept on land or in water. Insects, flies, rats, etc. will be attracted to them due to the mixture of honey and water spilled on their body and over the boat. Slowly and gradually, these insects, flies, rats, etc. will start eating their flesh, which causes immense pain to the culprit. It can take 1 week or 2 weeks, or in some cases, it can go up to 1 month for the culprit to die. At that time, they will realize the pain that girls must have felt.

3] Krimibhojanam

In this punishment, the culprit will be made naked and then tied to a tree or thrown inside a pit to make sure that they won't escape. Once this procedure is over a huge amount of Leeches are splashed or thrown in their body to suck their blood. These leeches will suck their blood and kill them very slowly making them realize the pain in every possible manner.

4] Sulaprotam

In this punishment, the culprit will be naked and then with the help of a trident or trishul will be pierced into their body. The piercing will start from the toe so that they won't die soon. They will go through immense torture from toe to head and will beg to be killed as early as possible. Through these days of torture, food, water or any eatables will not be provided to them. Starvation, thirst, pain, etc., will make them realize the crime they have committed.

5] Ksharakardamam

In this punishment, the culprit will be naked and will be hanged upside down. Sulfuric Acid will be poured from the toe passing through Anus and Penus will reach the head. At this moment, they will feel the burning sensation all over the body, mainly in the genital areas due to the pouring of Acid from the bottom. Along with this, the piercing of Trishul or Trident into their body will be continued which makes this punishment even more worser.

6] Lingchi

In this punishment, the culprit will be naked and then tied on the cross or a tree. Once tied, body parts are then sliced into small pieces, starting from the hand. The first fingers of the hand are sliced, then fingers of the foot, then the penus, etc. Body parts are sliced in such a manner that they won't die soon. Skins will be peeled off from their body, which creates an immense pain. When the pain of peeling the skin and slicing body parts goes on, the eyes will be popped out. At this point in time, they will regret the crime they have committed.

7] Schwedentrunk

The culprits are forced to drink and eat foul-smelling waste or excreted items as a punishment. This can be expired food items, stools of humans/animals, etc. This procedure will go on for weeks and weeks. When they vomit by eating and drinking this waste item, it will be collected and then will force them to drink. At this moment, they will undergo extreme trauma and will hate to drink and eat. After a few weeks, their body will stink, and flies, worms, insects, etc. will eat their flesh. Each and every day, they will pray to die soon. 

8] Impalement 

As compared to other punishments, this punishment gets quick death. In this punishment the culprit will be naked and then a sharp objects like stake or spear will be inserted through the anus and then their body is pushed downwards so that the stake or spear will pass through the mouth. At this point of they won't be able to eat any food or will be able to drink a sip of water.
